Ownership of custom deliverables produced under a client engagement transfers upon full payment, subject to the terms of the applicable agreement. We retain rights to underlying tools, frameworks and know-how.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alfadaia AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid to us under the relevant engagement.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
